The "215" Golf Classic started 24 years ago with 11 friends going out for a round of golf and some beer.
These 11 friends were all your basic average golfers (although some like to think they are better than average).
Since then, the "215" Golf Classic has grown to over 110 players in previous years.
As each year passes, the tournament continues to grow stronger and we remain committed to helping our community.
The "215" Golf Classic has been benefiting local and national charities since 2007. Some of the organizations
we've supported in previous years include The Philadelphia Police & Fire Memorial Fund, Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure,
Scleroderma Foundation's Delaware Valley Chapter, Smitty's Miracle Fund and the Delaware Valley chapter of the Cyctic Fibrosis Foundation. To date, the "215" Golf Classic has raised over $22,600 for these charities, and we looked forward to
continuing this trend for many years to come!
As the "215" continues to expand and grow, we never forget what the original traditions
and purpose were: Golf, Friends and Fun.
